    Several weeks ago, I was at a dead stop in a restaurant parking lot waiting for one car to vacate his space while another exiting without looking backed into my vehicle. When you simply plan to have dinner and this happens it does spoil your appetite. The errant driver agreed to pay for all damages. I did my due diligence by visiting and obtaining three repair estimates.

    While your price was marginally higher than the others I was influenced by Warren Buffet who said:

    "In looking for people to hire, you look for integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if you don't have the first, the other two will kill you. Price is what you pay. Value is what you get."

    Experience enables me to be a reasonably good judge of people. Which is why I determined your "integrity" factor was legitimate and believable. The work performed confirmed my good decision to deal with you firm. You did everything as promised.

    Back Bumper Damage

    In November of this year my wife was involved in an accident. Another car was traveling to fast for the road conditions and ended up skidding into her, causing damage to the back bumper. We brought our car in for an estimate and you were able to point out that there was more damage done to the car than appeared on the surface. Not only was the bumper damaged, but also there was extensive damage to the trunk area and rear quarter panel.

    We decided to bring our car in for repairs to your facility based on the experience and careful evaluation you were able to make. When we picked up the vehicle we were pleasantly surprised with the following:

    • The paintwork was an exact match - our car is two tone grey and the match was perfect. This is a difficult colour to match on the Lexus and the job was superb
    • All of the repairs were done extremely well and the car looked as it did when it was driven from the showroom
    • The car was cleaned and detailed inside and out - what a wonderful condition to receive the car in - my wife was very grateful when she saw the car
    • The car was ready when promised - we have never experienced this before
    • Hawley arranged to return the rental car with no questioned asked
    • Dee and all of the staff were courteous and precise when asked any questions

    Cadillac Brougham d'Elegance

    I have been very pleased with your work on my car, which is a very rare 1990 Cadillac Brougham d'Elegance.

    The technology and body styling is of a completely different era which is becoming increasingly obsolete with each passing day. This makes the vehicle even more special to me and why it was heartbreaking after seeing the damage recently done to the left side of the car. I suppose every person in an accident would like to have their vehicle restored 100% to the pre-accident condition, and I certainly am no different. The challenge, of course, was restoring the body color and styling of a machine whose parts are extremely difficult to find coupled with today's completely different paint technology.

    This challenge required heart and soul. You took this challenge and excelled, evidenced by the result that I am enjoying every day. I am truly delighted with the fine service, dedication, and commitment that your establishment offers. I am confident that your business will remain successful as it is one that I will fondly remember for a very long time.

    Just wanted to give you feed back on the Exceptional Service Hawley Collision provided. After experiencing a collision you’re traumatized and in shock and especially when it’s not your fault and the person who hit you is not being co-operative.
