Q: What is the best way to take care of my vehicle?
A: Your vehicle is the second largest investment you’re likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired at an authorized manufacturers’ collision facility.
Q: My car was damaged in an accident, but its still driving ok. Is this safe?
A: Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.
Q: Should I follow what my insurance company says, or should I check out collision repair centres in my area?
A: Some insurance companies may recommend that you go to another collision repair centre. It’s your choice, you can leave your vehicle at our collision centre and ask your insurance company to inspect it here.
Q: Do I need to take two or more estimates or appraisals?
A: You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
Q: My insurance company gave me a repair shop to go to. Do I have to use that shop, or can I choose to go elsewhere?
A: You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice.
Q: I’ve gotten different estimates from 3 different repair shops. Aren’t they all the same type of work?
A: Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another that you’ve received, please ask us.
Q: What should I look for in a repair shop?
A: Choose a shop that has unibody repair equipment and manufacturer-trained technicians.
Q: I found a shop with manufacturer-trained technicians. Is there anything else I should look for?
A: Ask if the shop will be using original equipment (OEM) replacement parts and if they offer a Lifetime Warranty.
Q: I’m not sure how to move forward with my insurance claim. Is there any place I can obtain more information on what to do next?
